Usually at the end of the day the tips are distributed equally between the employees.
The system summarizes the tips your employees got on the ReportZ, hence your employees will know exactly how much tip should be divided between them.
Determining the amount of the tip is not the waiters authority, the clients decide how much tip they would like to pay.
By using the tip selection screen, your waiters can ask them without saying anything, the clients are able to choose the percentage of the tip by one single action.
